The Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to TelloLab and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Certain features may rely on third‑party services (e.g., Cloudflare, Calendly). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party content or services.
4. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TelloLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TelloLab and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
7. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
